First off I can’t believe that I have been keeping up this to log 10 weigh ins!
It’s hard for to keep going sometimes…making better efforts.
I wish that I had something better to report but I don’t. I am still 214!!!
But I didn’t exercise nearly as much as I did the week before.
I am really trying to pay attention to how much I am eating instead of what I am eating.
I am listening to my body when it’s telling me not to put another thing in it. I tend to eat more because it tastes good & I really need to stop that. I can always save it for later. Plus I don’t like that uncomfortable feeling that comes along with eating too much.
I am trying to make sure that I get certain things done during the day & I am behind on a few chores which is messing up me trying to add anything in right now. I am slowly catching up and trying to figure out where scheduling exercise in would fit best for me & my family. I am really thinking early morning (between 5 & 6am) or evening (sometime after 8pm). Just gotta figure timing out more than anything.
That’s all I have for you this week. Fingers crossed that I have something more & different to report next week!
