Technically I lost weight this past week but it was only about .5 pounds. Yes it’s better than gaining but I can’t expect to loose weight every week. And I’m OK with that….at least for right now.
I haven’t been doing my workouts for a few reasons but I am starting back up on Monday. Ad sore as I was for days after I completed day 1, it was definitely worth it!
Decided to take a few pictures today. Mister says you can tell in my face but I can also tell that I’ve lost in my abdomen area. Shirts and pants aren’t so tight anymore plus my underwear is getting baggy.
Anyway, here are two pictures I took right before I started typing up this post.
I’ll take more pictures in about a month!
